Qualifications:
· Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Economics, Marketing or other equivalent majors
· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a life insurance and financial services industry, preferably also with a background in sales and sales management
· Previous or current management/ supervisory experience within major international insurance or finance company.
· Previous work experience should include other disciplines within the insurance company
· Strong communication skill, analytical thinking
· Team player, self-motivated, innovator, and target oriented
· Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential
· Willing to be placed at Surabaya , Medan , Bandung , and Jakarta
