[MT_E and I] Programming Help !?

Hello everybody.
Can some of you help in programming as follows:
1.EA open trades at begining of every new bar(for example H4)-
simultaneously:Sell limit and Buy limit.For example:Sell limit at
Bid+some points,Buy limit at Ask-some points.So actually there is no
limit for number of pending orders( in above example maximum open or
pending orders if EA is attached to H4 and ALL pending orders have
expiration of 1 Day should be 12- /6 sell limit and 6 buy limit
orders/.I mean EA should open only 2 pending orders at begining of new
bar,but it will continue to open again when new bar starts.
All pending orders must have expiration(1 day,2 days or even 1 week).
That's it.
Any help will be appreciated.
