IMPORT & LOGISTIC ADMINISTRATION
An opportunity exists at PT Petrosea Tbk, one of
- Female.
- Bachelor Degree (S1) or D3 (Diploma) in any discipline of economy/management or other discipline, from a recognized university.
Experience:
1. Minimum 2 years experience as import & logistic administration, preferably in multi national company.
2. Good system in managing documents of importation and tax procedures.
3. Knows about custom rule and activities in throughout
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with the air freight forwarders to organize the importation of materials.
2. Prepare cost allocation of import & international freight's invoices for approval from relevant managers.
3. Liaise with accounting department to process any invoices of PTP's overseas forwarders and monitor the payment.
4. Responsible for preparing / completing / filing the import document (PIB) for purposes of regular customs audit.
5. Organize the regular daily outbound shipment..
6. Manage filing system and confidential files as necessary.
7. Perform other duties as requested.

1. Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
2. Hard worker, honest, self motivated, ability to priorities work and can work under pressure.
3. Well organized person and willing to work long hours, if required.
4. Willingness to support all team members as a part of team work.
5. Has good initiative in developing new ideas.
